What time is check-in and check-out?
Check In: 14.00pm
Check Out: 10.00am
Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
We need a Visa/Mastcard or Amex on file. Or a $200 cash bond upon check in.
Is after hours check-in available?
Can I have a late check-out?
Late check out can be arranged until 11.00am upon request but is subject to availability so please contact reception.
When do I have to pay a deposit?
For normal bookings, a deposit of the 1st night accommodation will be charged 3- day prior to arrival. For any non-refundable bookings, full payment will be required immediately after the booking is confirmed. For group bookings, 10% deposit is required 7-day prior to the group arrival.
Can I book local attractions tickets at reception?

How often are the apartments serviced?
The apartments are serviced for guests who stay for 7 nights or more.

Yes, Westfield shopping centre is only 10 minutes walk
Is there public transport nearby?
Yes, Parramatta train station and the bus interchange station are only a few minutes away.
How far away is the airport?
Sydney airport is 45-50 minutes by car or public transport.
Where can I buy groceries locally?
There are Woolworths and Coles in the Westfield Shopping Centre located in close proximity to Fiori Apartments.
