Go on a tour of local wineries, from Hunter Valley to Mudgee and even Orange. Witness exquisite boutique cellar doors and hone your wine-tasting palate via a full day Hunter Valley Wine Tour.

Visit five boutique wineries: Lucy’s Run, Kevin Sobels, Waverly Estate, Honeytree, Ernest Hill and Robyn Draytons. You can also visit the Smelly Cheese shop as well as other areas of interest via Here To There Coaches.

Here To There Coaches is knowledgeable of the wine regions and arranges individual or group tours to wineries. They claim to have no set agenda and no affiliation with wineries, accommodation providers or restaurants. They also tailor tours as according to tour wants and needs.

Trip Advisor Reviewer “Dani R” had a “great day out” on a wine tour.

“My friend and I went on a wine tour with this company…it was an early start it ending up being a fantastic day out. Ages were varied in our group and everyone, including the driver, was very friendly. The wineries, especially Iron Gates and Lucy's Run, were warm and inviting with a great atmosphere and delicious wines. I would definitely recommend this tour as we had a great day out, surpassing all expectations thanks to Here To There! Loved it!”

Trip Advisor Reviewer “Kahina K” described her experience being on a Hunter Valley Wine Tour as “fantastic.”

“What a fantastic experience! This is my second experience with Here to There Coaches and it did not disappoint. Visited all the vineyards that we requested and there was no rush…We were even allowed to do two drop offs - one north side and then the city. Fantastic day!!”

However, Trip Advisor Reviewer “pinkpetal69” finds the wine tour “Terrible and disappointing.”

“…The tour driver was unfriendly and uninformative, in fact he hardly spoke…The bus was old, uncomfortable and there was no room for our purchases which meant our group didn’t buy as much as we would have liked as we didn’t want the further expense of having to have the wines shipped back to Sydney. A lot of time was spent at the Caltex on the Freeway and we were back earlier than we were supposed to be…I have been on many Hunter wine tours and this, by far, was my worst experience. There was one redeeming feature and that was that the wineries we did go to were of a very high quality with lovely wines.”

But Trip Advisor Reviewer “US B” describes their wine tour as a “Fantastic day. Cold and wet but..had a great time.”

“I just read the review posted here, and think we must have had different drivers or different days…The driver was informative and knowledgeable, and used a microphone to communicate with us in the bus…it was still a little cold, but when I went looking inside for space all of the vacant tables were "reserved" and not big enough to fit our group anyway. In all, I found the day out enjoyable, I bought some lovely wines I would not have discovered had I not gone on this tour. Having been on other tours of the Hunter Valley, I was pleasantly surprised to go to the smaller unheard of wineries, and learn a little bout the process along the way. We would definitely go again.”
