Parliamentary Catering is excited to announce their latest offerings: High Tea and Chef’s Table.

High Tea is served exclusively in their Members Dining Room on select Fridays throughout the year at 3:15pm.

High Tea with Parliamentary Catering is a truly unique opportunity to dine in an exclusive room usually reserved for members of Parliament with panoramic views overlooking Sydney’s iconic landscapes.

Head Chef David Learmonth has created an exciting new high tea menu! It features a variety of treats such as house-made shortbread and macadamia soda scones and frittata with smoked salmon or zucchini to name a few dishes from the delectable menu.

In line with this, Chef’s Table is another opportunity for you to enjoy a unique culinary experience at NSW Parliament House.

The Parliament of New South Wales is Australia’s first and oldest Parliament. It is a living museum in the heart of Sydney and one of the most significant and cultural institutions in the region.

The first Chef’s Table will be held on 25 February 2017 from 11:30am to 3pm.

Tickets include a glass of champagne upon arrival as well as a glass of wine to enjoy during luncheon.
